Resell procedure
- Fill our Resell Form
- Sign our Resell Agreement
- Decide the price you would like to receive for your property
- Commission for the sale is 15 % of the price of the property on the market (5 % Eurosilex management fee + 10% commission for the real estate agency)
- After confirming the resell, all real estates in partnership with Eurosilex Ltd will be informed for the property on sale
- Properties will be advertised in special Resell website, magazines and exhibitions
- Payment plan is 10 % when signing a Preliminary contract and 90 % within 30 days. ( when buying a built property)
- Payment plan is negotiable in case of an off plan property
